Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full credit, valid for 90 days from the original booking date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session time forfeit the full session fee. Credits may not be exchanged for cash.

Rescheduling

One rescheduling is permitted per booking, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation and the session fee is forfeited.

Service scope

Sessions and reports provide insight for the purposes of personal reflection and spiritual inquiry. Oscar Vertes operates as an independent practitioner. All services are provided on the basis of spiritual discernment and interpretive analysis.

OS:CAR reports are produced through a proprietary analytical framework and refined through Oscar’s direct discernment. They represent a structured interpretation, not a definitive prediction.

Space Clearing

Space Clearing engagements are scoped individually. Pricing is confirmed before any engagement commences. Travel costs for on-site sessions within Greater Sydney are included in the quoted fee. Engagements outside Greater Sydney may incur additional travel costs, confirmed in advance.

Payment

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Oscar will confirm receipt within one business day. For report-only services, the report is delivered after payment confirmation.

Privacy

All personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to facilitate your session or report. Information is not shared with third parties. Sessions are not recorded unless you specifically request it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
